Episode 37. 4 Guide Technique Options During a Pandemic
We waved “hello”, from afar. Masks and a very strict “If you can reach your arms out and touch someone, you are too close” rule took up more space psychologically than they did physically.
Within the structure of a global pandemic, we have a responsibility to support both our own and our students/clients health. How can we do that in a heart-centered manner when the people we have spent our adult lives supporting might need us to be closer than 6 feet away?
How do we teach when we don’t know what school will look like next year? Or what our agency will allow/not allow when it is safe to return to in-person instruction?
In this episode, we dive into four options for safely practicing guide technique during a pandemic.
