Episode 26: Staying Happy in a Time of Uncertainty with Kristin Messegee
I looked up from my phone, my son rode right by me on his bike in the middle of the street and then he looked at me and he said, “I love this. This is my favorite!” And I realized in that moment, that was the first time that I had felt happiness all day.
I have been trying to work, trying to parent, trying to figure everything out and as a result, I felt very unsettled, very anxious and very worried. But when I caught that tiny whiff of that moment with my son, I held on to it and through that experience, I was able to create this one tool that helped me get out of the worry, get out of the fear, get out of the anxiety, and start my day on the right foot. I created and cultivated it into myself, so that I can share it with you and the people around me.
