After two years of teaching English in Japan, Melina found herself back in her home country, the United States. While her adventure abroad had enriched her life with new experiences, it hadn't provided her with the clear career path she had hoped for.
Melina's search for direction led her to enroll in a career exploration seminar. This decision was a significant turning point in her life, where she committed to exploring her interests, skills, and aspirations. Serendipitously, she discovered and joined an O&M program close to where her husband's family lived in New Zealand called Massey program. This has been ran by Steve LaGrow, a significant figure in the world of O&M. And after that, Melina went to back to US and finished her Master’s degree.
