About Your Instructor:

Kassandra Maloney is a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher,

Kassy standing against a white railing

and mom of two little boys (her favorite role yet). Yoga was Kassy’s first real passion. She began practicing yoga at the ripe old age of 14, while grounded for an entire summer.

She continued to practice off and on throughout her teens and 20’s until she moved to Austin, where her love for yoga deepened and she became a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Kassy has also been trained as a Radiant Child Yoga Teacher and has attended various trainings such as Zensational Yoga training, and Learning Bodies, Ready Minds trainings. She was lucky enough to write a book for the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, "Yoga for Children with Visual and Multiple Impairments" and give trainings to various educational organizations on the matter.

Be prepared to move when you attend one of her presentations. She will guide you through a series of movements that you can take directly to your students.
