Episode 13: How to reach “Success” without a New Year’s Resolution

See this content in the original post

We are officially entering a new decade. And these last few days of 2019, we are somehow expected to make it count and finish strong. Social standards have changed over the years and in this day and age, it feels like we have to tick all the boxes on this criterion set by the society before we can claim ourselves as winners.

It has become such a competitive world that we find it hard to define SUCCESS.

In this episode, I am going to talk about success without resolutions. Sometimes, just taking the pressure off is already an achievement. Let’s break the mold and focus on what success looks like for us.

It’s a high time that we practice radical responsibility for our lives. Being fully responsible for everything can be a hard concept to grasp, but it is possible. Your success begins and ends with you. You must be willing to take 100% responsibility for getting yourself to your goal. Success doesn’t always have to be monumental, it could be the little wins that we experience every day. Taking one step at a time, no matter how cliché it sounds, still holds true.

We have the power to steer our lives in the direction where we will feel genuinely fulfilled without drowning in the expectations of the world around us.
