My friends, I’m sure all of you guys have attended various webinars, presentations, and probably had just recently attended the O&M symposium where you gained a lot of knowledge and information on the tips and tricks of lesson planning and how you can teach your students more efficiently. However, most of the time we also tend to feel lost on how we can take all the information and turn it into an actual skill. Don’t worry, I got you there.

This week’s episode is all about how we can turn those strategies that we learned into actual O&M skills. I will be talking a little bit about one of the presentations during the O&M Symposium that actually caught my interest and that is TRIZ, presented by Dr. Fatemeh Amiri and Mehdi Basirzadeh, it is the Russian acronym for the "Theory of Inventive Problem Solving," a structure with innovative philosophy, methods and tools. In the presentation, they talked about the six different types of resources where in this episode, I will be sharing about how you can actually create lesson plans with that information.
